We applied a new skin and improved information architecture on the Diamondback website to better serve the marketing and sales initiatives.

• Co-lead initiative to overhaul website with a greater emphasis on an e-commerce business model

• Requirements gathering and identified functional needs for the site to work in concert with our Ready Ride: Build in 4 Steps product line

• Sourced the candidate partner list for improving the site and complementing our existing team

• Started with a UX / IA firm to help audit the existing site and create a customer first approach

• Collaboratively created guided paths for consumers on the site for shopping and support

• Scope of work expanded into improved instruction manuals, videos, retail boxes all positioned to aid consumer’s experience

• Collaboratively developed a governance plan to guide the creation and facilitation of consumers’ access to relevant content

• Hired and managed agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers
